Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan anytime. The cost will be recalculated based on the remaining subscription period. Downgrading is available at the next renewal.
For individuals — electronic receipt. For legal entities, we provide a complete document package: contract, invoice, completion act, and VAT invoice (if applicable). Documents are sent to the specified email within 3 business days.
Refunds for Bitrix24 licenses are available within 14 days of payment if the portal hasn't been actively used. For service packages, refund conditions are determined by the contract. Contact our team for details.
