Personal data processing policy
1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the procedures for processing and protecting personal data of individuals (hereinafter referred to as Users) who use the website 1-1.ge (further — Website), belonging to LLC "ONE:ONE Integration" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
This Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Law), as well as other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection.
By filling out forms on the Site and/or providing personal data to the Operator in other ways, the User expresses their consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing personal data specified in it.
3. Personal Data Subject to Processing
The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:
- Last name, first name, patronymic
- Phone number
- Email address
- Organization name
- Position
- Message content (text)
The following data is also automatically collected: IP address, cookie data, browser and device information, data about visited pages, date and time of access to the Site, referrer (address of the previous page).
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
User personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Processing incoming requests and inquiries from the User
- Contacting the User to provide consultations, information about services, and audit results
- Conclusion and performance of contracts with the User
- Sending informational and promotional materials (if the User consents)
- Improving the quality of the Site and services provided
- Conducting statistical and analytical research
- Compliance with Russian Federation legislation requirements
5. Legal Basis for Processing
The Operator processes personal data on the following legal grounds:
- Consent of the data subject to process their personal data (Article 6, Part 1, Clause 1 of the Personal Data Law)
- Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Article 6, Part 1, Clause 5)
- Exercise of rights and legitimate interests of the Operator (Article 6, Part 1, Clause 7)
6. Procedure for Personal Data Processing
Personal data is processed in the following ways:
- Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification)
- Extraction, use, transmission (provision, access)
- Anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction
Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools. The Operator does not make decisions that have legal consequences for the User solely on the basis of automated processing.
7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
The Operator may transfer personal data to third parties in the following cases:
- The User gave their consent
- Transfer is provided for by Russian Federation legislation
- Transfer is necessary to perform a contract with the User
- Transfer is carried out in connection with the sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), with all obligations to comply with this Policy transferring to the buyer
The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data. If such transfer becomes necessary, it will be carried out only with proper protection of the rights of data subjects in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Law.
8. Processing and Storage Periods
Personal data is processed and stored until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the data subject withdraws consent.
Upon achievement of processing purposes or withdrawal of consent, personal data must be destroyed within no more than 30 (thirty) business days, unless otherwise provided for by Russian Federation legislation.
9. Personal Data Protection
The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions by third parties. In particular:
- Identification of threats to personal data security during processing
- Implementation of organizational and technical measures to ensure security in accordance with Article 19 of the Personal Data Law
- Use of information protection tools that have passed conformity assessment procedures
- Assessment of effectiveness of measures before commissioning the information system
- Accounting for machine storage media of personal data
- Detection of unauthorized access and implementation of response measures
- Restoration of personal data modified or destroyed due to unauthorized access
- Control over security measures implemented
10. User Rights
In accordance with the Personal Data Law, the User has the right to:
- Obtain information regarding processing of their personal data (Article 14)
- Demand clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if such data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing (Article 14, Part 1)
- Withdraw consent for personal data processing by submitting a written request to the Operator via email info@1-1.ge or by mail to the Operator's address
- Appeal against actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for protecting the rights of data subjects - Roskomnadzor (Article 17)
- Protect their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for damages and/or moral harm through legal proceedings (Article 17)
To exercise these rights, the User may send a corresponding request via email info@1-1.ge. The Operator undertakes to consider the request within no more than 10 business days from receipt.
11. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies to ensure proper operation, personalize content, and analyze traffic. Cookies are small text files stored on the User's device when visiting the Site.
Types of cookies used:
- Technical (mandatory) - necessary for the Website to function (theme selection, settings preservation)
- Analytical - help understand how Users interact with the Website (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics)
Users can disable cookies in their browser settings. However, some Site functions may not work properly.
12. Policy Changes
The Operator reserves the right to modify this Policy without additional notification to the User. A new version of the Policy becomes effective from the moment it is posted on the Site unless otherwise provided by the new version.

13. Final Provisions
This Policy is a public document. The Operator ensures unlimited access to this Policy by posting it on the Site.
